Honest pricing, no surprises
Every quote is built from the same four simple parts: a one-off digitising fee for your design, the embroidery itself, a flat set-up fee per order — and your garments, whether we source them or you supply your own.
Prices below are guide prices for orders of 1–10 items; larger runs are quoted individually. Send us your design for an exact figure.
Step one · once per design
Digitising your design
Before anything can be stitched, your logo is converted into a stitch file our machines can read. We do all digitising ourselves, in-house — you only pay this once per unique design, and we keep it on file for repeat orders.

Step two · once per order
Machine set-up
A flat set-up fee covers threading, framing and test runs for your order. Additional designs in the same order are set up at half the rate.

Step three · per item
The embroidery itself
Embroidery is priced by stitch count — the denser and larger the design, the more stitches it needs. Guide prices for 1–10 items:

Supplying your own garments?
You're very welcome to. A surcharge of 50p per item applies to customer-supplied items.
Unpicking service
Need old embroidery removed? Unpicking is charged at 1.5× the embroidery cost. Please note this excludes caps and headwear.
Garments
How garment sourcing works
We source garments through our preferred suppliers rather than holding stock. Browse a supplier's website — hoodies, sweaters, caps, polos, t-shirts, jackets and more — note the product codes you like, and send them over with your enquiry for pricing and availability.
